McCain ‘Detests War,’ Calls for Kyoto Successor

John McCain called for a new treaty on global warming and endorsed a cap-and-trade system, at a speech in Los Angeles. He also said he “detests war” but that the U.S. should remain in Iraq. MarketWatch’s Russell Britt reports. (March 27)
